Social Network

Robert Ebert's hook is this phrase, "about a young man who possessed an uncanny ability to look into a system of unlimited possibilities and sense a winning move." This provides the reader with a sense of eagerness to know how he gains these abilities. He gives much background of the movie by relating it to Mark Zukcerberg's real life. Often using his Intellect and Anti-Social personality to make the connection between the two. Rarely does Ebert talk about film techniques. Probably because people would rather hear about emotions, and not factual techniques. I have seen this movie and I agree with Ebert, but I think I like it more than he does. This is by far my favorite movie of my lifetime. I feel like it connects with me on a personal level, because I grew up with computers, and an, "uncanny ability to look into the system of unlimited possibilities."
