Hollywood Censorship

The Hays code prevents movies from being to explicit for the mainstream audience. Hollywood directors will follow the rules, because they can get in serious trouble if they deny them. Movies now days are a little more violent then they used to be, this might be cause the past generation has a need for violence due to the violence they were denied as children.
